What is Gauges doing to comply with GDPR?
Gauges is 100% committed to your Data Privacy. We’ve thoroughly researched the areas of our product and our business impacted by GDPR and taken the following measures to be GDPR Compliant.
Access & Rectification
A user can add or make changes to her/his personal information from the Gauges App. S(he) can request for a detailed report of the stored personal data.
Erasure of Data
If a user wishes to erase their data, there’s a way this request can also be processed. By doing so, the account with Gauges will also get deleted.
Data Portability
A user can request to migrate data from Gauges to other vendors. Users can always export the personal data in machine readable formats like CSV.
Security
As Client Service Agencies rely heavily on data, they ought to have confidence in the capability and security of Gauges. We apply best practices for platform security so our customers don’t have to worry about the safety of their data.

Migration of Data
A user can exercise their Right to Erasure at any time. Since a user links her/his business account to Gauges, therefore, the requesting user will be required to migrate the linked business accounts to a team member.
